Admission Procedure & Guidelines

Overview

Admissions at BMS are deliberately low-drama. There are no hidden charges, and no advantage to knowing somebody.

What there is: a short interaction so we can place your child correctly, a conversation with you about what the school does and does not do, and a limited number of seats — a division is kept to 25 children in the pre-primary years and 35 in the primary.

The prospectus

School Prospectus

The school prospectus is the document of record for a prospective parent. It carries the school’s profile, the academic programme stage by stage, the campus and facilities, school timings and the annual calendar, the fee schedule with the payment terms, transport routes, the uniform specification, and the rules a family accepts on admission.

A copy is given to every family at the time of enquiry, and the current edition can be downloaded below.

Applying

Admission Process

Six steps take a family from a first enquiry to a confirmed seat. Each one carries a date, and nothing is left to be inferred: you will know what to bring, what it costs and by when, in writing, at every stage.

How a seat is held

A place is guaranteed only once the admission fee has been paid in full within the seven working days allowed. After that the offer lapses and the seat passes to the next family in line — applied evenly, so that no child waits behind a seat nobody has taken up.

If the division is full

A division is kept to 25 children in the pre-primary years and 35 in the primary years, and we do not exceed it. Where a division is full, your child’s name goes on a dated waiting list and you are told the position honestly — not kept hoping.

What we do not do

The published fee is the whole fee: there are no charges beyond it. Admission is decided on the same terms for every family, regardless of caste, community, gender or a parent’s position.

What you agree to

Terms & Conditions

These are the terms on which a child is admitted and continues at the school. They are printed in the prospectus and signed at the time of admission; nothing here is a surprise clause.

If a family faces genuine financial difficulty, speak to the office before dues fall behind. The school would far rather find an arrangement than lose a child.

Paying the fee

Payment Gateways

Fees at Bhaktivedanta Model School are collected through the Edunext ERP parent app. A parent can see what is due, pay it from anywhere at any time, and keep the whole record of the year in one place.

Every payment generates a receipt in the school-management system, which a parent can download at any time; nothing is settled without one.

A word on safety

The school collects fees only through the Edunext parent app or at its own administrative office. It will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account, or to a UPI number sent to you over a messaging app. If you receive such a request, please call the school office before you pay anything.
